  1. If a cancelation is needed please allow for a 24 hour notification. This insures our therapist to be best prepared for the day.
  2. A credit card must be provided to make a reservation with 50% deposit when booking. If there is a No Call-No Show, then the full price of the service is subject to being charged.
  3. Please express what you want during your treatment time with your therapist. Communication is key, and an open dialogue will help to archive maximum benefits from your service.
  4. Silence your cell phones.
  5. Tipping is encouraged. 18-20% is typical.
  6. Gratuity is accepted in cash or Venmo form only.
  7. Gift cards act like cash! If the gift card is lost, unfotunately, the gift card is considered forfeited. There will be a $10 deduction from each year to date.
